Kenya
Airways has strengthened its partnership with Samsung East Africa through the
introduction of three branded airside buses at its main hub, enhancing
operational mobility and passenger experience.

The
buses, branded under the Samsung Galaxy S26 line, were officially handed over
during a joint engagement involving senior representatives from both
organisations. Kenya Airways was represented by its Digital, Brand and
Marketing General Manager Martin Gitonga, Head of Media and Public Relations
Henry Okatch, and Head of Ground Operations John Nalianya.

The
Samsung East Africa delegation was led by Evelyne Munene, Head of Product and
Marketing, alongside Brenda Nakhulo, Marketing Manager for the Mobile Division,
and Nyawira Muraguri, Head of Corporate Marketing.
The
airside buses are used to transport passengers between aircraft and terminals,
particularly in remote stand operations, and form a key part of daily airport
ground operations.

Officials
noted that the collaboration reflects a growing trend of integrating brand
partnerships into operational environments, creating touchpoints that enhance
visibility while contributing to the overall travel experience.
The
initiative underscores the role of strategic partnerships in supporting both
operational efficiency and customer engagement within the aviation sector.
