The Zambia Civil Aviation
Authority (ZCAA) is engaging the public on aviation safety, security, and
emerging technologies during the 98th Zambia Agricultural and Commercial Show
as part of efforts to raise awareness about the role of aviation in national
development.
The authority’s stand at the
event has attracted visitors through interactive discussions on aviation
regulations, safety practices, and demonstrations on responsible drone
operations.
ZCAA said the exhibition
provides an opportunity to connect with people from different backgrounds and
explain its role in maintaining safe and secure skies across Zambia.
Visitors have been able to
engage with aviation experts, ask questions, and learn more about how the
authority supports connectivity, trade, and economic growth through effective
regulation of the aviation sector.
The authority is also using
the platform to highlight the growing importance of drone technology and the
need for responsible use in line with safety requirements.
The Zambia Agricultural and
Commercial Show, one of the country’s largest public exhibitions, continues to
provide institutions with an avenue to showcase their work and engage directly
with citizens on issues affecting national development.
