Senior
Information Technology Consultant Edi Kouadjane Charles has formally presented
his distinction as Knight of the Ivorian Order of Merit to Côte d’Ivoire’s
Minister of Health, Pierre N’Gou Dimba, in recognition of his leadership in
advancing digital transformation within the country’s health sector.
The
presentation took place on Monday, April 20, in a ceremony described as one
marked by solemn respect and institutional significance. The honour reflects
contributions to public service and reform implementation, particularly in the
modernization of healthcare systems through digital innovation.
According
to Edi Kouadjane Charles, Minister Dimba has played a central role in
positioning digital technology as a strategic tool for improving governance and
enhancing the efficiency of healthcare delivery. He noted that under the
Minister’s leadership, digital transformation has become a core pillar in
strengthening public health systems and improving service delivery to citizens.
He
further described the Minister as a key driver of reform, whose approach

institutional improvement in the health sector.
The
distinction, he added, goes beyond personal recognition and reflects a broader

particularly in the implementation of health sector reforms.
