Yas
Togo, in partnership with the AXIAN Foundation, has inaugurated a new school
building under the NUNYA Yas Togo education programme, reinforcing efforts to
improve access to quality education and learning conditions in Togo.
The
inauguration ceremony, held more than 400 kilometres from Lomé, was led by the
Director of Internal Communications, QWL & Impacts, who represented the
Director General. During the event, the new infrastructure was officially
handed over to beneficiaries, with a renewed commitment to supporting education
and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals.

The
new facility is expected to directly benefit more than 311 students, providing
improved learning environments designed to enhance academic performance and
student wellbeing.
According
to the organisers, the NUNYA Yas Togo programme continues to play a key role in
upgrading educational infrastructure across multiple regions in the country.
Previous interventions have supported schools including EPP Toutougou in
Dapaong, EPP Madjikpéto in Lomé, EPP Agbandi Zongo in Blitta 2, EPP Kolowaré in
Sokodé, EPP Amavénou in Agou 2, EPP Adétikopé in Agoè-Nyivé 6, EPP Kadjalé 2 in
Tchamba, and EPP Kinzi in Kara.

The
programme focuses on providing modern, safe, and well-equipped learning spaces
aimed at improving access to quality education for children across Togo. It
also seeks to address infrastructure gaps in underserved communities while
supporting long-term educational development.
Yas
Togo and the AXIAN Foundation reaffirmed their commitment to expanding the
initiative, stating that continued investment in education remains central to
their social impact strategy and broader contribution to national development
goals.
