Orange
Middle East and Africa has hosted more than 20 journalists from 17 countries in
Morocco as part of a regional media engagement to present its “Trust the
Future” strategy and highlight its digital transformation initiatives across
Africa and the Middle East.

The
engagement, brought together senior executives including Christel Heydemann and
Yasser Shaker, who outlined the company’s strategic priorities focused on
innovation, inclusion, and sustainable growth in the region.
Ahead
of the main session, participating journalists took part in a press tour that
showcased the practical impact of Orange’s digital ecosystem, including the
Orange Digital Center network and solutions such as Max it, Orange Energies,
and Orange Money Africa and Middle East.

The
visit also included a tour of the newly launched Orange Tech Data Center, a
next-generation facility designed to strengthen Morocco’s digital sovereignty
and support the expansion of cloud computing and artificial intelligence
capabilities.
The
initiative underscores Orange’s commitment to fostering closer engagement with
media stakeholders while demonstrating the real-world impact of its
infrastructure investments and digital services across the region.
