Kenya
Airways has held high-level discussions with French officials aimed at
deepening bilateral cooperation and enhancing connectivity between Kenya and
France.
The
meeting, held at the airline’s headquarters, was led by Acting Group Managing
Director and CEO George I. Kamal and Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer
Hellen Mathuka. The French delegation included Arnaud Suquet and Mathieu
Bruchon.

Discussions
focused on strengthening the Nairobi-Paris route, a key link for trade and
tourism served by Kenya Airways and Air France. Both sides explored ways to
improve the travel experience for passengers and enhance operational
collaboration.
The
meeting also addressed preparations for the upcoming Africa Forward Summit,
which Kenya and France are set to co-host in Nairobi in May. The event will
mark the first time the summit is held in a non-Francophone African country.

Officials
noted that the engagement reflects broader efforts to strengthen the
Africa-Europe corridor by improving connectivity, fostering trade, and
supporting sustainable development through strategic partnerships.
