The
Fondation MTN Congo officially launched the second edition of the MTN Skills
Academy, welcoming 200 young Congolese participants eager to develop their
skills and professional potential.

The
launch ceremony was attended by strategic partners including NSIA VIE
Assurances Congo, Unicongo (Union Patronale et Interprofessionnelle du Congo),
and officials from the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Digital
Economy. During the event, Fondation MTN Executive Director Vanessa T.
presented the program’s achievements in 2025 and outlined plans for 2026.

The
MTN Skills Academy program aims to train, mentor, and nurture the next
generation of talent, emphasizing the critical role of youth skills development
in shaping Congo’s future.
Fondation
MTN reiterated its commitment to equipping young Congolese with the knowledge
and tools needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital and professional
landscape.
