Angaza Center and Rwanda ICT Chamber sign MoU to expand digital literacy in schools

Angaza Center has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Rwanda ICT Chamber to expand access to technology and digital literacy in rural secondary and high schools across the country.

The partnership aims to equip students in underserved communities with practical digital skills, supporting efforts to bridge the digital divide and promote inclusive access to technology.

The agreement was formalized by Angaza Center CEO Michael Odongo and Rwanda ICT Chamber CEO Alex Ntale, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing locally driven digital transformation initiatives.

Both organizations indicated that the collaboration will focus on delivering skills development programmes tailored to the needs of rural communities, contributing to Rwanda’s broader digital transformation agenda.
