Open Data Hackathon has officially begun this week, bringing together
innovators, developers, and data enthusiasts for three days of collaborative
problem-solving. Organized by the Botswana Digital & Innovation Hub, the
event aims to generate data-driven solutions addressing pressing challenges in
health, agriculture, and tourism.

The
first day saw participants forming teams, brainstorming ideas, and preparing to
develop applications and tools that leverage open data for real-world impact.
Organizers highlighted the hackathon as a platform for fostering creativity,

critical sectors.

the energy high and participants fully engaged, the event sets the stage for
