Congo to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification, issued by Bureau Veritas. The
certification recognizes the company’s structured processes, customer-focused
approach, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Telecom described the achievement as an external validation of its daily
efforts but emphasized that it is not an endpoint.
The
company affirmed its ongoing commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
and fostering continuous improvement across all operations, positioning itself
to meet both current and future customer expectations.
